Heuristic Leader


Heuristic leaders are most useful in the world for high precision situations. Heuristic leadership should be consistent innovation, effective integration of technology, meaningful professional development, global connecting and an open mind. The word heuristic was derived from Archimedes’ famous exclamation 'Eureka!' (ancient Greek: εὑρίσκω, find or discover), when he discovered, during a bath, a method for determining whether King Hiero’s golden crown was in fact made of pure gold. A heuristic technique often called simply a heuristic, is any approach to problem solving, learning, or discovery that employs a practical method not guaranteed to be optimal or perfect, but sufficient for the immediate goals. According to the legend, Archimedes shouted 'Eureka!' (I found it!), and jumped out of the bathtub after finding the solution. Legend also says, that he continued shouting 'Eureka!' while running naked through the streets of Syracuse to finish his examination of the crown. Heuristic is encouraging a person to learn, discover, understand, or solve problems on his or her own, as by experimenting, evaluating possible answers or solutions, or by trial and error. As the name suggests Heuristic leaders are capable of leading at constant tension irrespective of the load acting on them. Heuristic leadership, according to Nir Golan, educational and leadership expert, is coincidence in time.
Unlike others leaders where tension of the situation depends upon the direction acting on them, heuristic leaders have got constant tension-direction characteristics. Heuristic leaders have got higher efficiency. Heuristic leadership consists of a dynamic combination of mindset, behaviors, and skills that are employed to change and enhance the world through the use of technology.
Heuristic leader produces a constant "magnetic field" to their people. The heuristic leader isn't only a leader of a country, he is a global leader: he leads a global process from end to end (E2E), regardless of a specific location: he is an integrator, innovator and professional trusted adviser.
This will produce a revolving "magnetic field", which leads at heuristic rate.
Heuristic leaders will produce constant leadership irrespective of the tension of the situation only if the tension is within the capability of their people.
They should find a way to impact regardless of technical mastery and organizational structure.
Heuristic leader must have the following essential skill sets:
1.   Technological proficiency: expertise in all the digital nets and tools
2.   Collaboration: the ability to work as a part of a team, required to have a broad view of the project, have holistic consideration and collaborate with others in order to achieve this goal.
3.   Communication: message transfer and transformation
4.   Global awareness: a whole world vision
5.   Problem solving: analyzing and perfectionism
6.   Creativity: thinking out of the box
7.   Critical thinking: evaluation skills
8.   Tolerance to diversity: accepting the other

These skills and processes should be at the heart of every decision a heuristic leader makes and are the keys to leading people with the tools to success in their life.
The Heuristic Leaders will be very much empowered by the world and should take an active part in the global development team- from decision making to execution, having a broad understanding of overall considerations.
Heuristic leaders can also be used to improve overall power factor of the world. When the sole purpose of situation is power factor improvement heuristic leaders are referred as "heuristic condenser".
