Antifragile Leadership based on Synchronic Leadership

Antifragile leaders are improved on and are at their best facing challenges, trials, and tribulations. Synchronic Leadership, according to Nir Golan, educational and leadership expert, can only take place by coincidence in time. It is the only approach that can create Antifragile Leaders. Antifragile Leader: Leader who grows stronger under stress. He behaves like muscles that are strengthened when exposed to stress and resistance and, conversely, atrophy under low-stress conditions. He can be thrown into any situation and will not only survive but thrive. Antifragile Leader will grow in his capacity and abilities over time, in an ongoing cycle of stressors and strengtheners.

In order to become an Antifragile Leader he must have the abilities of a Synchronous Leader:
Technological proficiency: expert in all the digital nets and tools
Collaboration: the ability to work as a part of a team, required to have a broad view of the project, have holistic consideration and collaborate more with each other in order to achieve this goal. The Synchronous Leader isn't only a leader of a country, he is a global leader: he leads a global process from end to end (E2E), regardless of a specific location.
He leads a global team: a global professional team built up from experts all around who work as a global team.
Communication: message transfer and transformation
Global awareness: a whole world vision
Problem solving: analyzing and perfectionism
Creativity: thinking out of the box
Transitory failure is a chance the antifragile leader takes. He or she understands that transitory failure is not a final failure. In other words, antifragile is something that is at its best when being challenged, tossed around, pushed and pressed down on, are goes through trials.
Critical thinking: evaluation skills. Strong critical thinkers ask themselves, “Why am I wrong?” They plot out at least three at all times (What is my opinion? What are the best counter-arguments? What is my rebuttal- if there is one?). Critical thinkers are willing to live in the dissonance of not having the perfect solution to a problem because finding the truth is more important than winning the argument.

Synchronous Leaders professionalism is taking a broader aspect. They move from being a diplomatic expert to becoming a professional world developer, familiar with the best practices, digital tools and methodologies. They lead from this aspect, inspiring their people to become professional, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they require. Antifragile leaders are improved on and are at their best facing challenges, trials, and tribulations. Leaders who are “fragile” avoid and resist challenges and falter during times of testing or tribulation.

Angela Merkel as a Synchronous Leader

Synchronous Leaders professionalism is taking a broader aspect. They move from being a diplomatic expert to becoming a professional world developer, familiar with the best practices, digital tools and methodologies. They lead from this aspect, inspiring their people to become professional, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they require.
Synchronic Leadership, according to Nir Golan, educational and leadership expert, can only take place by coincidence in time. The Synchronous Leader isn't only a leader of a country, he is a global leader: he leads a global process from end to end (E2E), regardless of a specific location.
Angela Merkel as a Synchronous Leader has the next essential skill sets:
Technological proficiency: expert in all the digital nets and tools
Collaboration: the ability to work as a part of a team, required to have a broad view of the project, have holistic consideration and collaborate more with each other in order to achieve this goal.
Communication: message transfer and transformation
Global awareness: a whole world vision
Problem solving: analyzing and perfectionism
Creativity: thinking out of the box
Critical thinking: evaluation skills
Those skills and processes should be at the very heart of every decision a Synchronous Leader makes and are keys to leading people. At a moment when much of the world is once more engaged in a furious debate about the balance between safety and freedom, the Chancellor is asking a great deal of the German people, and by their example, the rest of us as well. As Synchronous Leaders, she cascades transformation messages and way of thinking to her people, inspiring them to dare, share and own.

She leads a global team: a global professional team built up from experts all around who work as a global team.
By viewing the refugees as victims to be rescued rather than invaders to be repelled, the woman raised behind the Iron Curtain gambled on freedom. Synchronous Leadership consists of a dynamic combination of mindset, behaviors, and skills that are employed to change and enhance the world through the use of technology.

Leaders are tested only when people don't want to follow. Angela Merkel's Synchronous Leadership consists of innovation, effective and integrative technology, meaningful professional development, global connection and an open mind.
The Synchronous Leaders are very much empowered by the world and take an active part in the global development team – from decision making to implementation, having a broad understanding of overall considerations.
For asking more of her country than most politicians would dare, for standing firm against tyranny as well as expedience and for providing steadfast moral leadership in a world where it is in short supply, Angela Merkel is TIME's Person of the Year.
